We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bridal Blush. If you are unhappy, we are here to help with an easy return process.


1. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused and unworn

  • In original condition with tags intact

  • Returned within 3 days of delivery

  • Not part of final sale/clearance items


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without original tags

  • Customized / Altered sarees

  • Accessories (if any)

  • Clearance/sale products


3. Return Process

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images.

  • Our team will confirm approval and arrange pickup if applicable.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed:

  • After product inspection

  • Within 3–7 business days  money will be credited to your originial source account 

If the return is rejected due to usage, damage, or missing tags, the product will be returned to the customer.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is possible for defects or size issues (if size-based product).

  • Exchange depends on product availability.  

  • Exchange product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days 


6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

  • Share unboxing video + images within 24 hours.

  • We will initiate a fresh replacement or refund.


7. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
